Villa Rosenhof Zug
Set in the countryside the town house from 1907 is in the inventory of buildings worthy of protection of the canton Zug. The unused mansard and the column-free air space were integrated in a two-story duplex. The loft apartment is of a spacious design and refers variously to the old structure. For example, the attic floor was not subdivided to preserve the character of the typical structure in combination with the old massive chimneys. The old pine planked floor of the former attic was only sanded and oiled.
