The main structure of the existing house is a post construction with walls of wooden planks from the time the city was founded in the 13th century. Inside, the kitchen and the bathroom facilities were renewed. In close cooperation with the office for the preservation of historical monuments the repair and adjustment work on the facades, roof and windows were made. Some floors, walls and ceilings remained in original condition and were professionally restored giving a new shine today.
